In today's era of rapid development in electronic technology, power electronics technology has gained increasing attention from people. Among them, the upgrading of power supply and voltage stabilizer technologies has further promoted the development of related electronic equipment and components. Whether in people's daily lives or in modern electronic warfare, the power system, as its power source, is of an obvious and undeniable position and importance. However, the quality of power products in China, whether for military use or civilian purposes, has a significant gap compared to similar products from abroad. Therefore, adopting international advanced standards, learning advanced foreign technologies, and quickly making the quality of our power products surpass the international advanced level is an unshirkable responsibility for all engineering technicians engaged in power research and production.
In daily production and life, power supply is a kind of electronic product with large quantity and wide application scope, and it is used by almost all departments engaged in electronic research, production and teaching. In other industries and daily life, power supply has also been widely applied. Therefore, understanding the current situation of the formulation and revision of power supply standards in our country, actively participating in the formulation and revision of standards, is very necessary for promoting the development of power supply technology in our country, improving the quality of power supply products, enhancing the comparability of products among various power supply manufacturers, and providing users with a scientific and unified standard for measuring the quality of power supply. At the same time, the formulation of standards also provides a legally binding document for unifying and standardizing the power supply market.
The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) has formulated several standards related to power supplies, such as the standard for DC stable power supply: IEC 478.1-1974 "Terms for DC Output Stable Power Supply"; IEC 478.2-1986 "Rated Values and Performance of DC Output Stable Power Supply"; IEC 478.3-1989 "Reference Levels and Measurement of Conductive Electromagnetic Interference for DC Output Stable Power Supply"; IEC 478.4-1976 "Test Methods for DC Output Stable Power Supply Excluding Radio Frequency Interference"; IEC 478.5-1993 "Measurement of Inductive Near-Field Magnetic Component of DC Output Stable Power Supply". This set of standards was promulgated and implemented earlier, and the corresponding national standards in China have not yet been issued. However, the electronic industry standards SJ2811.1-87 "General Terms and Definitions, Performance and Rated Values of General DC Stable Power Supply" and SJ2811.2-87 "Test Methods for General DC Stable Power Supply" have been released and implemented for 13 years. Over a long period of time, these two standards have played a significant role in the scientific research and production of DC stable power supplies in our country. The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) issued IEC686-80 "Stable AC Output Power Supply" in 1980. The national standard of China, GB/T "General Specifications for AC Output Stable Power Supply", which was formulated in accordance with this standard, has been approved. The terms, technical requirements and test methods in this standard refer to IEC686. In addition, in 1994, the former Ministry of Electronics Industry issued the electronic industry standard SJ/T10541-94 "General Technical Conditions for Anti-interference AC Voltage Stabilizing Power Supply" and SJ/T10542-94 "Test Methods for Anti-interference AC Voltage Stabilizing Power Supply". This standard was compiled by the AC Stable Power Supply Professional Committee of the China Power Supply Society and domestic related power production factories, institutes and testing institutions. It stipulates detailed technical requirements, environmental requirements, corresponding test methods, quality inspection rules, etc. for both ordinary and anti-interference AC voltage stabilizing power supplies. Since its release and implementation, this standard has been widely applied in the field of AC voltage stabilizing technology.
Other standards, such as the one corresponding to IEC 443-1974 "Stable Power Supply Devices for Measurement" and the national standard SJ/Z9035-87 "Stable Power Supply Devices for Measurement" issued by the Ministry of Electronics Industry of China, have also been applied within a certain scope.
In recent years, switching power supplies and uninterruptible power supplies have emerged, and corresponding national standards have been formulated in China, such as GB/T14714-93 "General Technical Conditions for Switching Power Supplies for Micro-Sized Computer System Equipment" and GB/T14715-93 "General Technical Conditions for Uninterruptible Power Supplies for Information Technology Equipment". These standards are widely applied in related fields. The original standard of the Ministry of Electronics Industry SJ1670-80 "Nomenclature and Terminology for Power Supplies of Electronic Equipment" has been over 20 years old. Many explanations of the terms have contradicted the current standards. Therefore, this year, the Standardization Institute of the Information Industry Ministry organized the revision of this standard.
